I have to say that at some time or other we ALL did learn to drive a motor vehicle. That is a fact, but the timing nowadays is totally up to shyt !!!
I can understand than a trainer should take a learner driver out in the traffic to learn "in the deep end as it were", but for f@#$ sakes, NOT during peak hour traffic. There is enough other time in the day, OUTSIDE OF PEAK HOURS, when a learner can drive in traffic for practice.
It is absolutely bloody irritating when a learner who has NO or VERY LITTLE idea of how to drive a vehicle, is taken out by the dumbass trainer in peak hour traffic, and then the trainer thinks he is doing the learner a big favour. B#llshit !!!! That is not the case.
It is at peak time when the learners will be on their most vulnerable, very nervy, etc, etc, AND could actually create chaos in traffic, which does happen very often. Half of the traner's job at that time is to keep the learner calm !!!
The trainer should AT THE VERY LEAST, ensure that the learner has a very good idea of general driving, and ONLY THEN take him/her out in peak hour trafffic.
From what I have seen, and by the way these learner drivers actually drive, it looks like they have had maybe only one lesson and the trainer deems it enough to go out on the road to practice at the expense of the other drivers in peak hour traffic.
People are already stuffed around enough on the road by asswipes with licences, (don't always know where they bought it or who they bribed to get it !!!), that don't know how to drive, never mind the learners that have no idea at all, and are only just starting to drive. To all the trainers out there, THINK, you dumbass, before taking your learner out in the peak hour traffic. Teach the poor soul enough FIRST in more quieter traffic, before advancing to peak hour traffic.
